1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling an appointment for any service through our website, by phone, or any other platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the terms outlined in our Warranty Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Scope
Mobile Glass Masters provides mobile auto glass repair and replacement services at customer-specified locations such as homes, workplaces, or other designated sites. Customers are responsible for ensuring the service location is safe and accessible for our technicians to perform the work.
3. Payment and Insurance

We accept multiple forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and insurance billing.

If you are using comprehensive insurance, we will work directly with your provider to handle billing, subject to coverage verification.

Any deductible, if applicable, must be paid by the customer at the time of service.

If your insurance provider denies payment you are responsible for any unpaid balance due.

You agree not to dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company after the service has been completed.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy
At Mobile Glass Masters, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring our technicians and partners are available when you need them. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we've established the following rescheduling and cancellation policy:
1. Rescheduling or Cancelling More Than 12 Hours in Advance
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment more than 12 hours before the scheduled time without any fees.
2. Rescheduling or Cancelling Within 12 Hours of the Scheduled Time
If you reschedule or cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled start time, a $50 fee will apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with last-minute changes, including technician compensation and travel expenses.
3. Appointments Scheduled Within the Next 12 Hours
For appointments booked within the next 12 hours, you have a 30-minute grace period from the time of booking to cancel or reschedule without a fee. After that, the $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Why Is There a Cancellation Fee?
Our technicians allocate their time and resources for your appointment. Last-minute cancellations lead to unfilled time slots and unrecoverable travel costs. The fee helps ensure our team is fairly compensated for their time and efforts.
5. Warranty Policy
All services are covered under our Warranty Policy. By scheduling a service, you also agree to the terms listed on our Warranty page, which outlines your coverage, limitations, and procedures for warranty claims.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mobile Glass Masters is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or rust that prevents proper glass installation

Damage caused by unsafe work environments provided by the customer

Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen technician issues

Any loss or damage beyond the direct scope of our services
