At Mobile Glass Masters or also known as Glass N Go Auto Glass, we are committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before scheduling an appointment. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if the scheduled service is not completed. If the work has been successfully performed by our technician or authorized partner, no refunds will be granted.
2. Deduction of Cancellation Fees
If a refund is issued due to a cancellation or incomplete service, we reserve the right to deduct any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy from the total refund amount.
3. Customer Responsibility at the Job Site
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and approve the completed work before the technician or partner leaves the job site. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you must address your concerns immediately while the technician is still present.

Once the technician or partner has left the job site, no refunds will be issued for any dissatisfaction reported after the fact.

By allowing the technician or partner to leave without raising any issues, the customer confirms their approval of the completed job.
4. Dispute Policy
By scheduling an appointment with Mobile Glass Masters, the customer agrees not to dispute or reverse the payment after service has been completed and approved at the job site. If there are any concerns, they must be brought to our attention before the technician departs.
5. Agreement to Policy
By scheduling an appointment with Mobile Glass Masters via our website, phone, or any third-party platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
