What You Need to Join Mobile Glass Masters as a 1099 Partner

At Mobile Glass Masters, we’re proud to work with experienced auto glass professionals who are ready to grow their business or take the next step in their career. Whether you're an individual technician or a small company looking for more work, partnering with us can unlock new opportunities without sacrificing your independence.

To ensure quality, reliability, and mutual success, here are the minimum requirements to become a 1099 partner with us:

✅ What You’ll Need

• Your Own Van or Work Vehicle
  You must have a reliable van or service vehicle capable of transporting glass, tools, and equipment safely.

• Tools & Equipment
  Partners must have all the necessary tools to complete professional auto glass repairs and replacements.

• Experience
  We require a minimum of 2 years of auto glass replacement experience to ensure you're ready to hit the ground running and deliver top-quality service.

• Startup Funds
  We recommend having at least $1,000–$2,000 in available savings for purchasing glass, materials, and other essential items required during the normal course of business.

• General Liability Insurance with Garage Keepers Coverage
  You must have general liability insurance that includes garage keepers coverage. We can assist you in setting up the right insurance policy if you do not already have one.

• Valid Driver’s License
  A valid driver’s license is required to ensure you can legally operate your service vehicle and travel to customer locations.

• References
  If you are applying as an individual, we require 3 verifiable references that can speak to your work ethic, professionalism, and auto glass experience.

• Business Readiness
  While you operate as an independent contractor, we will assist you with:

  • Setting up wholesale glass accounts

  • Establishing relationships with vendors and service providers

  • Accessing recommended business tools to streamline your workflow
